If you love the perfect match between technique, speed, and hospitality, this is the place for you. **Responsibilities:** * **Full Bar Service:** Preparation and crafting of cocktails (classics and signature), café service, wine, and spirits service. * **Management and Organization:** Bar stock control, meticulous preparation of *mise en place*, and maintenance of cleanliness and organization in your work area. * **Customer Experience:** Warm, empathetic, professional, and agile greeting, beverage suggestion, and consultation. Note on pace: The environment is intense, the clientele is predominantly international, and expectations are high — we work under pressure, but that is precisely what makes this space stimulating and financially rewarding. **Profile:** * **Fluent English (Mandatory):** Our clientele is primarily tourist-based.
