D’Accord, a human resources management specialist company, is currently recruiting immediately for a Part-time Bartender/Bartress role for a prestigious client in the food and beverage industry, located in the Cascais area. Job Description: • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, strictly adhering to established technical specifications; • Maintain the bar area clean, hygienic, and properly organized; • Ensure daily stock management and replenishment of goods and bar utensils; • Greet and serve customers at the bar counter with friendliness, professionalism, and promptness; • Actively collaborate with the dining room team to ensure service fluency and efficiency; • Comply with HACCP requirements and standards; • Contribute to a pleasant, welcoming, and dynamic environment aligned with the venue’s identity. Requirements: • Proven prior experience as a Bartender/Bartress or bar assistant; • Knowledge of beverage and cocktail preparation (preferred); • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, rigor, and attention to detail; • Communication skills, agility, and a positive attitude under pressure; • Availability to work part-time with rotating shifts; • Residence in the Cascais, Sintra, Lisbon, or nearby areas.
