We are a leading business group with extensive experience in the manufacturing, transportation, and assembly of wooden houses, both nationally and internationally, headquartered in Amarante.
We are looking for a **Human Resources Intern** to join our Human Resources Department, supporting various departmental activities and contributing to the management and development of our teams.
This is a learning and professional growth opportunity for individuals aiming to develop competencies within a dynamic and continuously evolving organization.
**Desired Profile:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields;
* Eligibility for a professional internship (preferred);
* Interest in various areas of Human Resources, particularly recruitment and selection, training, development, administrative management, and onboarding of employees;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook;
* Ability to use digital tools and management platforms, notably Primavera (preferred);
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Friendliness, empathy, and enthusiasm for interacting with people;
* High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics;
* Strong organizational and priority management skills;
* Initiative, dynamism, and eagerness to learn; and
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Support recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication;
* Assist in the integration and onboarding of new employees;
* Update and maintain employee databases and individual personnel files;
* Support administrative HR management;
* Collaborate in preparing contractual and administrative documentation;
* Support attendance, leave, and other administrative processes;
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects for HR processes.
