Experience in managing critical incidents and problems **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is seeking the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and rapid response to critical incidents impacting projects and operations in non-production and production environments; * Effective communication with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure agile resolution; * Documentation and analysis of incidents to prevent recurrence and improve future processes; * Coordination of resources to restore services as quickly as possible; * Implementation of contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies; * Production of incident reports and execution of the approval cycle. **Requirements:** * Experience in managing critical incidents and problems (with suppliers and internal customers); * Experience in managing requests (tickets); * Knowledge of ITSM methodologies; * Experience in documentation development; * Strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * ITIL 4 Foundation certification; * Good oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish at minimum level B1/B2\).
