Knowledge of software architecture and REST/SOAP APIs WINNING is looking for an Integration \& Backend Engineer with the following competencies: Porto, Portugal * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, or equivalent * Minimum 10 years of experience in software development * Minimum 5 years of experience in specification and implementation of system integrations * Programming Languages: Experience in C\# and VB.NET, with solid knowledge of ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework * Databases: Experience in developing and optimizing SQL queries, as well as relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL * Web Development: Experience in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and knowledge of web design standards * Architecture and Design: Experience in software architecture design from an API development perspective * Web Services and APIs: Minimum 5 years of experience implementing integrations with information systems based on REST, and knowledge of communication technologies such as REST and SOAP * Performance and Optimization: Experience analyzing and optimizing performance of .NET applications, including profiling and caching **Preferred Skills:** * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development and relational database modeling * Security: Knowledge of web application security practices, authentication and authorization, prevention of common attacks, and cryptography * Testing: Experience with testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and test automation * Agile Development: Experience working in teams following agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban * Experience implementing projects using BPM tools * Experience using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect protocols * Experience using and maintaining Jenkins, GitLab, Kong, Keycloak, Graylog, Prometheus, Kafka, SonarQube, Camunda, MongoDB, Spark, and infrastructure-as-code tools Who Are We?
