Job Summary: We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide personal hygiene care and support daily activities and recovery processes of senior residents. Key Highlights: 1. Working with the senior population The Senior Residence \- Primavida , located in Amor, Leiria municipality, is currently recruiting a Healthcare Assistant (Direct Action). Responsibilities: \- Providing personal hygiene care to residents \- Supporting residents in their Activities of Daily Living \- Assisting in recreational activities \- Actively supporting residents' recovery processes (Walking Plans, Stimulation Activities, etc.) \- Other tasks inherent to the role Schedule: Day and night shifts \- 8 hours/day (rotating) Required Profile: \- Interest, sensitivity, and enthusiasm for working with the senior population \- Adaptability \- Teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate \- Basic computer literacy \- Immediate availability \- Personal transportation \- Prior experience in this role We Offer: Integration into a young and dynamic team; Initial and ongoing training Remuneration commensurate with responsibilities Meal allowance Interested candidates may send their CV to the following email: amor@primavida.org or deliver it in person at our facilities.
