Opportunity for professional development and continuous training Portable Benefit, a company specializing in management, accounting, and human resources, is seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant to support administrative, financial, and human resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s daily activities. Main Responsibilities: Support general administrative tasks and document organization Mail management, telephone reception, and office support Support in invoicing, payment and receipt tracking Bank reconciliations and treasury support Support in employee management (contracts, onboarding, personnel file archiving) Attendance tracking, vacation management, and payroll processing support Support in recruitment and new employee onboarding processes Requirements: Education in Administration, Management, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field Experience in similar roles (preferred) Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, and management software) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Team spirit, proactivity, and sense of responsibility Good communication skills We Offer: Integration into a growing company Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunity for professional development Continuous training Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and experience Please send your CV to: filipe.fernandes@portable-benefit.pt Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
