It operates an extensive Iberian transportation network, with its own offices and delegations, offering enhanced security, faster response times, and greater flexibility in urgent parcel transport and delivery. **MISSION AND OBJECTIVES** \- Operational and administrative support for distribution services; \- Issuance of documentation required for the distribution process; \- Support for delivery and pickup processes. **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Monitoring distribution operations activities; \- Monitoring loading/unloading processes of distribution vans, issuing necessary documentation and computerized records, as well as providing required operational support; \- Supporting delivery control processes (organizing delivery and pickup routes); \- Supporting the verification process upon driver arrival; \- Analyzing and resolving incidents and complaints; \- Preparing distribution reports; \- Establishing customer contact (order reception, delivery scheduling, and rescheduling). **REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES** \- Secondary education qualification; \- Professional experience in similar roles (preferably within the same industry); \- Proficiency in user-level computer applications; \- Proactive profile with strong organizational, planning, control, and results-oriented capabilities. \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
