Be part of an inclusive culture Our Direct Sales teams have a real impact on PMI’s new mission: converting smokers to our revolutionary smoke-free products, IQOS. You’ll be at the forefront of our transformation as we launch new stores and retail formats. It’s a dynamic, exciting, and engaging experience. As part of this team, you’ll shape the consumer journey—from acquisition and conversion to loyalty. You’ll see your efforts bear fruit while making a transformative impact on customers’ lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Ensure a personalized and exceptional in-store consumer experience; * Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, and provide assistance and information about our products; * Introduce IQOS to adult tobacco users who would otherwise continue smoking or using nicotine products; * Deliver end\-to\-end personalized sales, offering exceptional after-sales service; * Provide an exceptional customer service experience, performing diagnostics, returns, and product replacements in accordance with IQOS consumer-centric principles; * Achieve defined KPI targets (e.g., consumer satisfaction score), focusing on converting adult smokers or nicotine users to IQOS; * Maintain store cleanliness and perform tasks to ensure IQOS stores are always immaculately presented and ready for consumers. What we’re looking for: * Enthusiastic profile with a strong consumer focus; * Minimum education requirement: 12th grade \- Bachelor’s degree preferred; * Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in consumer relationship management; * Proficiency with retail or business systems (e.g., Outlook, MS Office, etc.); * Fluency in Portuguese and English (preferred); * Experience in retail, sales, customer service, or related fields; * Availability for rotating shifts and weekends—shopping mall hours. * Candidate must meet legal requirements to work in Portugal—EU Work Permit.
