Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the Role:** We are looking for an **Observability Engineer** to join a technology team, playing a fundamental role in implementing, evolving, and managing monitoring and observability solutions—ensuring greater visibility into system and application performance, availability, and behavior. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and manage **observability** solutions to monitor the health and performance of systems and applications; * Create and manage **dashboards, alerts, and reports** to deliver actionable insights into system behavior; * Develop and maintain observability platforms using tools such as **Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG**, or similar; * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve production incidents related to monitoring and observability; * Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and observability standards; * Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate observability practices into **CI/CD** processes; * Promote observability best practices across internal teams and ensure organization-wide adoption; * Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis capabilities; * Support and guide junior team members in using observability tools and practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Engineering, Computer Science**, or a related field (or equivalent experience); * Minimum of **3 years of professional experience in observability**, with emphasis on cloud environments and automation; * Proven experience implementing observability solutions based on **open standards**; * Solid knowledge of observability tools such as **Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and/or PRTG**; * Strong knowledge of cloud environments, particularly **Microsoft Azure**; * Prior software development experience is a plus; * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems; * Knowledge of **DevOps** practices and associated tools; * Experience with other monitoring and observability tools is a plus; * Knowledge of other cloud platforms and services is a plus; * Awareness of **information security** best practices applied to observability environments; * Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills; * Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and methodologies; * Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
