At **Science4you**, we’re seeking an organized, communicative, and eager-to-learn **Sales Assistant** to support the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department and help our products go even further. Your typical day will include… * Supporting the commercial team in managing customers and partners; * Responding to inquiries, preparing information, and following up on commercial proposals; * Organizing and keeping contact lists, documents, and sales data up to date; * Tracking orders and ensuring smooth communication with customers; * Researching potential customers and new business opportunities; * Assisting in preparing presentations, meetings, and commercial materials; * Collaborating on report preparation and performance tracking; * Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless commercial processes. We’re looking for someone with… * A degree in Management, Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; * Some experience in commercial, administrative, or customer support roles; * Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills; * English language proficiency; * Proficiency in using computer tools; * Attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork spirit; * Eagerness to learn, grow, and get hands-on.
