We are continuously looking for UX/UI Designers who combine strong design craft with critical thinking, research skills and the ability to work within complex digital ecosystems. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Contribute to the design of digital products and services, from discovery to delivery. * Participate in user research activities, including interviews, usability testing and insight synthesis. * Translate research findings into clear design decisions, user journeys and interaction flows. * Design interfaces that balance usability, clarity and visual quality. * Collaborate with product, development and other design disciplines to ensure coherent solutions. * Present and communicate design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders. * Continuously improve design quality, processes and practices. ### **Requirements** * Experience as a UX/UI Designer, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates problem\-solving and reasoning, not just visual output. * Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design and user\-centred design processes. * Experience working with research insights and applying them to design decisions. * Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred). * Ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments. * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Native Portuguese and fluent English.
