And technology into efficiency.** At Silvex, technology is also part of industry. **We are looking for a Management IT Analyst** ---------------------------------------------------------- #### **To help us analyze processes, develop solutions, and transform information into better business decisions.** If you enjoy understanding how things work—and, above all, finding ways to make them work better—this challenge may be for you. **Your challenge** • Analyze and optimize internal processes through technological solutions • Provide functional support to users across different departments • Develop reports, dashboards, and management indicators (KPIs) • Support ERP management and configuration • Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Human Resources • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization • Participate in digital transformation and innovation projects • Ensure the quality and reliability of information used in management What we seek • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field • SQL knowledge • Strong Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, and data analysis • Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation • Critical thinking, initiative, and desire to improve processes • Good communication and teamwork skills We value • Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools • ERP knowledge, preferably PHC, SAP, or similar • Programming in C\#, Python, VBA, or similar • Industrial context experience • Project management and continuous improvement (Lean) knowledge **What you’ll find at Silvex** An industrial company where technology intersects all areas of the business, offering you the opportunity to participate in real digitalization and innovation projects, work directly with diverse teams, and develop competencies within a continuous improvement environment. 📍 **Benavente** 📩 **Want to transform data into decisions with us?** Send your application to **candidaturas@silvex.pt**
