Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Stripper / Painter to prepare and organize the workplace, perform stripping operations, inspect surfaces, and apply protective coatings as required. We Are Recruiting: Industrial Stripper / Painter – Setúbal Main Responsibilities: • Prepare and organize the workplace, ensuring safety and cleanliness conditions; • Perform chemical, mechanical, or abrasive blasting (shot or sand) stripping according to technical instructions and material type; • Inspect stripped surfaces to ensure compliance with required cleanliness and roughness standards; • Apply neutralizing or anticorrosive protective products, where applicable. Required Profile: • Completed basic education; • Professional experience as an Industrial Stripper (minimum 6 months); • Technical training or vocational course in industrial painting or similar (preferred); • User-level computer skills; • Training in forklift operation; • Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, critical analysis, and problem-solving ability; • Strong results-oriented capability; • Ability to work in a highly demanding environment.
