Opportunity for professional development. **Job Offer — Human Resources Manager** We seek an organized, rigorous, autonomous individual with strong communication skills to manage the administrative and operational aspects of Human Resources, contributing to improved internal procedures, legal compliance, and close team support. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage administrative HR activities, including recruitment, contracts, renewals, terminations, vacation management, absences, sick leave, occupational health, mandatory training, and document archiving. Monitor attendance records, timesheets, absences, vacations, overtime, and other data required for payroll processing, in coordination with Accounting. Manage and update individual employee files, ensuring validity and organization of all mandatory documentation. Support the implementation and improvement of internal HR procedures, including communication protocols, operational discipline, onboarding of new employees, and team support. Coordinate with external entities, including Accounting, Occupational Health providers, insurance companies, legal counsel, training providers, and official regulatory bodies. Support accident-at-work processes, insurance claims, occupational health, training, personal protective equipment, and applicable legal obligations. Support line managers and senior leadership in managing internal matters, promoting clear, objective, and properly documented communication. **Desired Profile:** Proven experience in Human Resources roles. Practical knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation. Experience in administrative personnel management, contracts, attendance tracking, vacation and absence management, individual employee files, and payroll support. Strong organizational, planning, and document control abilities. Firmness, sound judgment, and ability to interact effectively with diverse employee profiles. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Autonomy, responsibility, and a strong sense of confidentiality. Proficiency in standard user-level IT tools, particularly Excel, Word, email, AI, and digital archiving systems. Prior experience is valued. **Mandatory Requirements:** Previous experience in the Human Resources field. Valid driver's license. Availability for on-site work.
