A stable and professional work environment Raisemeup is currently recruiting a Floor Housekeeper (m/f) for Funchal. Our Client A 4-star hotel establishment. Responsibilities \- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team; \- Ensure cleaning, tidying, and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas; \- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with internal procedures; \- Assign tasks and organize team work shifts; \- Inspect rooms (check-in, stay-over, and check-out) to ensure compliance; \- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; \- Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments to resolve issues; \- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards; \- Train, supervise, and motivate the team to foster a positive work environment; \- Report to the Housekeeping Manager. Requirements \- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in the hospitality industry; \- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards; \- Leadership and team management skills; \- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high standards; \- Good communication and problem-solving skills; \- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset; \- Basic computer literacy; \- English language proficiency (an asset).
