Job Summary: A professional responsible for the operational management of vehicle fleets, ensuring organization, maintenance, and delivery of vehicles, as well as customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Good working conditions and social benefits **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across all stations to ensure that each station has the vehicles selected by customers, in optimal operating and presentation condition; * Organize the station so that vehicles are parked by category, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; * Arrange and authorize vehicle relocations, generate transfer forms, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, about scheduled relocations; * Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-checking against existing computerized records; * Report mechanical issues communicated by customers upon vehicle return, assess the vehicle’s condition, request towing, dispatch to the workshop, verify mileage and fuel level, and issue refueling orders if needed; * Activate on the platform the indication that vehicles are ready for dispatch, notifying subcontracted staff to position the vehicles appropriately in the parking area; * Ensure all vehicles carry the required documentation to comply with legal requirements and internal policies; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining specific vehicle features and clarifying any questions when necessary; * Perform vehicle check-in upon customer returns, inspecting and recording any damages; * Record fuel vouchers issued by Sixt on the platform for cost control; * Monthly analyze the fuel report, cross-check data against entries made to detect and correct errors; * Submit monthly information regarding Via Verde devices per station for inventory control; * Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled vehicle inspections, rendering them unavailable for rental, and alert subcontracted staff to dispatch them to the workshop; * Carry out other tasks not specified above, essential to achieving objectives and ensuring Sixt’s smooth operations. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum compulsory education (12th grade); * Minimum one year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; * English language proficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Class B driver’s license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible Group currently implementing multiple growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Genuine career progression opportunities, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Good working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
