We are looking for a Grill Chef to strengthen our team at the grill station of GoodFellas Clube do Bairro. Between Algés and Belém, in the Restelo neighborhood, there is a special place: Clube do Bairro. A relaxed and informal meeting point, GoodFellas is a space for sharing among everyone—be they friends or strangers, family members or neighbors. \- Prepare and cook meals according to standards and technical specifications.\- Select and prepare ingredients required for meal preparation;\- Ensure proper storage and appropriate preservation of food products, and compliance with HACCP standards.\- Plate and garnish cooked dishes;\- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of food preparation areas (equipment, utensils, and surfaces) and maintain respective records.\- Support other team members in carrying out their tasks.\- Actively contribute to developing the restaurant’s gastronomic experience. The ideal candidate is a professional with proven experience grilling meats and fish over charcoal, committed and proactive, and deeply passionate about gastronomy and the art of hospitality.\- Culinary training;\- Strong team spirit;\- Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-volume restaurants. \- Experience in charcoal-grill cooking\- Ability to work efficiently and organize tasks;\- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)\- English language proficiency at A2 level (Elementary)\- Ability to handle stress in a restaurant where every guest is special and every table is unique.
