You'll never be boxed into a single layer; you'll own outcomes. **Role Overview:** As a Senior Full\-Stack Developer, you'll own features from API to interface: designing backend services in Java/Spring Boot and building the React/Next.js frontends that consume them. You'll bridge teams and ship complete, polished functionality. Because you understand the full path of a request — from the user's click through the services behind it — you'll make better decisions at every layer, and you'll be the kind of engineer who can unblock a feature no matter where it's stuck. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Build backend services with **Java**, **Spring Boot**, and a **microservices architecture**. \- Design and consume **REST APIs**, applying **event\-driven** patterns where they fit. \- Build responsive, performant frontends with **React**, **Next.js**, and **TypeScript**. \- Own features end to end — design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring. \- Contribute to architecture decisions across the stack. \- Mentor others and uphold a high engineering bar in reviews. \- Collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into shipped value. \- Instrument and monitor the features you build, owning their reliability in production. \- Help shape shared standards and tooling that make the whole team more productive. **Required Skills \& Experience:** \- 5–8 years building full\-stack production software. \- Strong backend skills in **Java** and **Spring Boot** with microservices. \- Strong frontend skills in **ReactJS**, **Next.js**, and **TypeScript**. \- Solid understanding of REST API design and integration. \- Experience with **Docker** and at least one cloud platform (**AWS, Azure,** or **GCP**). \- Comfortable owning features across the whole lifecycle. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Exposure to **GoLang**, **event\-driven architecture**, or streaming systems. \- Hands\-on **Kubernetes**, **CI/CD**, and **Infrastructure as Code**. \- Experience with **observability and monitoring** tooling. \- Familiarity with design systems and frontend performance optimisation. **Technology Environment:** Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST, event\-driven messaging, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, and a modern observability stack.
