Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Manage multiple condominiums efficiently, ensuring their maintenance and operational readiness. * Conduct regular meetings with owners and tenants to discuss relevant matters. * Carry out periodic site visits to inspect facilities and resolve any issues. * Provide high-quality telephone support, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries and concerns. **Requirements:** * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Prior experience in property or condominium management is preferred. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
