Enjoyment of interpersonal relationships and adaptability Dental Light, a group of dental clinics offering comprehensive oral healthcare services, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join the Dental Light Barcelos team. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** – Team spirit, dynamism, and sense of responsibility; – Organizational and concentration abilities, with rigorous, methodical focus on tasks and attention to detail; – Strong communication skills, enjoyment of interpersonal relationships, and ability to adapt to various situations; – Availability to work rotating shifts (40 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM\); – Completed 12th grade; – Proficiency in user-level computer applications; – Prior experience (mandatory requirement); – Training in the field (optional). **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** – Patient reception and accompaniment; – Daily scheduling and coordination of medical treatments, ensuring full operational availability of all equipment and materials in the clinic rooms; – Supporting and assisting medical staff during consultations and treatments; – Performing complete sterilization of all instruments, packaging them, and placing them in the clinic rooms; – Ensuring cleaning and disinfection of each clinic room; – Collecting and managing all medical and treatment-related supplies; – Proactively maintaining clinic equipment; – Performing computerized record-keeping to support operational reporting. **WHAT WE OFFER:** – Salary above market average; – Monthly performance-based bonuses for the team; – On-the-job training.
