Inclusion of all and guaranteeing equal opportunity enables us to reach our full potential. **Job Description** **Your Contribution to Something Greater**: Ensure efficient management of the MAZE warehouse, guaranteeing the availability, traceability, and correct movement of spare parts, consumables, and production support materials. * Control quality of materials received from suppliers; verify quantity, reference, and store in predefined or to-be-defined locations. * Register stock receipts in SAP. * Conduct periodic stock confirmations and perpetual inventories. * Maintain appropriate stock levels to support maintenance and production needs. * Deliver materials and register corresponding stock issues in SAP. * Ensure supply to internal customers and maintenance teams. * Ship parts for external repair (PM04), ensure documentary control, and monitor return deadlines. * Register repaired materials (by maintenance teams or PM04\) in SAP and place them into stock. * Ship and track outbound shipments, ensure documentary control, and monitor return deadlines associated with the Shipster process. * Maintain 5S standards in warehouse and office areas. * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics and storage processes. * Support optimization of spare parts and consumables management. * Manage warehouse locations to assign storage locations for new materials. * Ensure proper storage of chemical products and availability of respective safety documentation. * Comply with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and compliance requirements. * Use systems and material handling equipment correctly (SAP, Shipster, MPortal). **Qualifications** **What Sets You Apart**: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience using SAP or equivalent systems. * Internal customer orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and think quickly. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance parts and consumables. * Teamwork and communication skills. * Application of 5S methodologies. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Attention to detail and flexibility. * Spoken and written English proficiency (B1\). * Knowledge of SAP and Shipster. * Shift work (mandatory). **Additional Information** Please note that your application for this position may be subject to a Pre\-Employment Screening (PES).
