Check below for more details about the **UX/UI Designer** role. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **You will:** * Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile platforms focused on water management and irrigation; * Conduct user research and usability testing to understand challenges and validate solutions; * Work side-by-side with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designed interfaces; * Collaborate with agribusiness domain experts to translate technical requirements into effective digital experiences; * Define and maintain a consistent design system for the company’s products; * Apply accessibility principles and responsive design in developed solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **You need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Interface Design, Industrial Design, Web Design, or related field; * Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in the field (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert or similar) (Preferred); * Experience in interface design applied to web and/or mobile domains; * Knowledge of information architecture and disciplines involving user experience (UX Experience and Customer Experience); * Experience with the design thinking process and tools for agile development and Lean methodologies; * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with products targeting agribusiness, sustainability, or water management; * Familiarity with data analysis and interactive dashboards; * Experience in innovation projects and agile development; * Knowledge of AI applied to design or emerging technologies. **Additional Information** -------------------------- **You will receive:** * Health insurance; * Life insurance.
