Company vehicle and health insurance #### **About the Site Manager (M/F) Role** We are looking for a **Site Manager** to coordinate and oversee on-site teams, ensuring proper execution of work, compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise team activities on site; * Record employees' working hours; * Receive and inspect materials by verifying delivery notes; * Verify the quality of received materials; * Complete Inspection and Testing Records, where applicable; * Promote adherence to the Work Plan; * Report any identified non-conformities to site engineers; * Ensure implementation of the Safety and Health Plan (SHP); * Conduct inventory of equipment present on site; * Maintain the site clean, organized, and in good operational condition. Required Profile: * Minimum of 3 **years** proven experience as a Site Manager; * Valid driver's license; * Availability to accompany projects and teams on-site. * Strong sense of responsibility; * Leadership and team coordination skills; * Rigor, organization, and ability to enforce standards; * Team spirit; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Good communication skills, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor; * Tolerance, understanding, and strong interpersonal skills.
