Attentive to market demands, the group has expanded its activities into business areas synergistic with its core operations, namely Environment, Renewable Energy, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Ventures, integrating competencies across its various companies to enable complementary service delivery; this induced diversification opens new business entry points for its *core* activity. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) on construction sites, in accordance with ISO 9001; * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (Quality Plans, Procedures, Records); * Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits; * Monitor and control work execution, ensuring compliance with defined requirements; * Identify nonconformities, propose corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on their implementation; * Promote training and awareness initiatives on quality best practices for site teams; * Participate in quality meetings with the Client or supervisory authorities. **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Management, or related field; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, document management software); * Willingness to travel nationwide; * Sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving attitude; * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety is considered an advantage. * Valid driver's license for light vehicles (mandatory); **Required Competencies:** * Ability to adapt easily to high-pressure environments; * Teamwork capability. * Resilience; **Conditions:** * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience; * Continuous professional development; * Health insurance and other social benefits.
