We are seeking: **Test Analyst / QA – Senior Level**
**Position Objective**
Execute, document, and monitor manual and automated tests to ensure solution quality, requirement traceability, and identification of inconsistencies before and after deployments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute manual and automated test cases based on defined requirements, analyze results, and report inconsistencies to responsible teams.
* Document requirements, specifications, test scenarios, and test evidence in management tools, ensuring traceability and standardization.
* Log and track identified defects, ensuring appropriate handling by development teams.
* Validate deployment requirements using checklists and release evidence, contributing to delivery security and quality.
* Monitor solutions post-deployment using observability tools to identify incidents and anomalous behavior.
* Track quality and testing metrics, reporting deviations and supporting corrective actions.
* Apply information security and data protection best practices, aligned with internal policies and LGPD.
* Report to leadership on processes, projects, action plans, challenges, and area needs.
* Collaborate closely with development, product, and other teams involved in the delivery cycle.
* Stay up-to-date with software quality methodologies, tools, and best practices.
**Requirements**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in Software Quality, QA, or Testing.
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Experience with manual testing and knowledge of test automation.
* Knowledge of requirements analysis, and creation of test scenarios and cases.
* Experience logging, tracking, and validating defects.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and participation in multidisciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of test, demand, and/or defect management tools.
* Basic SQL and data analysis knowledge will be considered important for this role.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with test automation.
* Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools.
* Knowledge of APIs and service testing.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Knowledge of information security and LGPD.
**Additional Information:**
* Work location: Chapecó \- SC.
* Work model: On-site for the first 90 days. After that, hybrid model (1 day per week onsite).
* Employment type: CLT.
