Ensuring site organization and optimal operational conditions #### **About the Construction Site Supervisor Role \- Porto** We are looking for a **Construction Site Supervisor** to coordinate and oversee on-site teams, ensuring correct execution of works, compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise team activities on construction sites; * Record employees' working hours; * Receive and inspect materials by verifying delivery notes; * Verify the quality of received materials; * Complete Inspection and Testing Records whenever applicable; * Promote adherence to the Work Plan; * Report any identified non-conformities to site technicians; * Ensure implementation of the Safety and Health Plan (SHP); * Conduct inventory of equipment present on site; * Maintain the site clean, organized, and in optimal operating condition. Required Profile: * Minimum of 3 **years** of proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor; * Valid driver's license; * Availability to accompany projects and teams on-site. * High sense of responsibility; * Leadership and team coordination capabilities; * Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to enforce standards; * Team spirit; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Strong communication skills, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor; * Tolerance, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
