You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, aligning technical and business stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy driving collaboration, solving complex challenges, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic international environment. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and manage IT projects, including timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables. * Build and maintain detailed project plans and Gantt schedules. * Identify project dependencies, risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies. * Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. * Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may affect delivery. * Lead project governance activities, reporting progress to key stakeholders. * Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary and international teams. * Prepare executive presentations and project documentation using PowerPoint. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices. * Promote accountability, ownership, and proactive problem\-solving throughout the project lifecycle. #### **Mandatory Requirements** **Technical Skills** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in Project Management, preferably within IT environments. * Experience managing technology or digital transformation projects. * Solid knowledge and practical experience with **SAFe** and **Waterfall** methodologies. * Experience creating and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and Gantt charts. * Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder management. * Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive\-level presentations. * Ability to communicate effectively with international support teams in English. * Portuguese (Mandatory). * English – **B2 or higher** (Mandatory). #### **Soft Skills** * Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Analytical thinking and structured problem\-solving approach. * Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. * Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions. * Dynamic, organized, and results\-oriented professional. #### **Nice to Have** * Experience leading digital transformation initiatives. * Exposure to Agile environments in addition to SAFe and Waterfall. * Experience working with cross\-functional and international teams. * Candidates with fewer years of experience but strong project management fundamentals and high growth potential will also be considered. #### **Ideal Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive **IT Project Manager** with solid experience coordinating technology projects and engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
