You will lead all aspects of the gas filling plant operations in accordance with the company’s safety, quality, and operational standards. This includes adherence to GMP, GDP, relevant medical product and food-grade gas regulations, national laws, ADR, and European legislation. Is this you? **As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:** * Managing/providing necessary resources to the plant maintenance team to achieve high-reliability plant objectives, following company standards. * Supervising remote operations of satellite plants. * Leading contracted personnel during maintenance/scheduled shutdown activities. * Supporting the Plant Manager in meeting the company-defined critical performance indicators. * Ensuring appropriate control of factory personnel working hours. **General and Technical EH\&S:** * Supporting the Site Leader in achieving defined key metrics: BSP, Compliance Management, Audits, and legal requirements applicable to relevant plants. * Ensuring compliance with Operational Discipline, Critical Systems; Standards and Procedures that ensure safe operation and maintenance. * Reporting incidents and participating in investigation teams. **Operational Excellence:** * Improving factory productivity, efficiency, and reliability. * Implementing management-defined systems to promote Group Operational Excellence. * Collaborating with OSC to optimize factory operations. **What We’re Looking For:** * Proven experience in team management roles, preferably in production. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of Spanish. * Forklift and/or pallet truck operator certification or license issued by an external company in accordance with UNE 58451:2016. * Preferred knowledge of cylinder filling procedures and associated equipment, along with related legislation. * Knowledge of transportation, ADR, etc. * Knowledge and application of basic safe work practices. * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to empower and lead a team. ### **\#LI\-Onsite** ### **\#LI\-AD2** Founded in 1940, Air Products is a world\-leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
