Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Support Technician to ensure a positive shopping experience and strengthen consumer-brand relationships through customer service, complaint management, and post-sales follow-up. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the Customer Support Technician will be responsible for responding to requests and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience for consumers and strengthen their relationship with the brand. Your daily responsibilities will include: Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, or chat, and provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies. Complaint Management and Problem Resolution Handle complaints professionally and efficiently. Propose quick solutions to problems and customer dissatisfaction. Post-Sales Follow-Up Ensure customers are satisfied with purchased products or services. Collect feedback to improve service quality. Teamwork and Continuous Improvement Collaborate with other departments (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure effective service. Suggest improvements to customer service processes.
