The ideal candidate should possess the following competencies: * Proven experience as a service desk technician or in another end-user support role; * Experience using ticketing tools (EasyVista or ServiceNow); * Experience using monitoring and alerting tools (Site24x7, PRTG and/or APPDYNAMICS); * Experience working in Windows environments via SCCM, MSFT Active Directory, Dameware, TeamViewer; * Practical technical knowledge of workplace automation products, databases, and remote control tools; * Solid understanding of workplace systems, mobile devices, and other technological products; * Proficiency in using microcomputers (preferably with regular use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office); * Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; * Fluency in English, both written and spoken; * Excellent communication skills; * User-oriented, with ability to work under stressful conditions; * Academic background in IT or equivalent experience. Location: Lagoas Park Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (8 hours per day) Remote work (with one day per week on-site) and integrated into a shift-based schedule, with compensatory time off.
