Then this could be a great opportunity to join CBRE Portugal as a Field Technical Support (FTS) Engineer , supporting our local business and contributing to the smooth daily operation of our offices in Lisbon and in Oporto. At CBRE, we are currently looking for a FTS Engineer to join our Digital \& Technology team. This is a key local role, acting as the first point of contact for IT Service Desk logged incidents and requests, and providing day\-to\-day technical support to our employees. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a FTS Engineer, you will provide deskside and end\-user technology support, helping colleagues resolve day\-to\-day IT issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Support reported deskside IT queries through walk\-ups, email and telephone. Investigate and evaluate end\-user problems, failures and errors escalated through the EMEA IT Service Desk. Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents logged through ServiceNow. Actively manage assigned tickets to achieve resolution within agreed SLAs. Maintain clear, relevant and up\-to\-date notes on all assigned tickets. Communicate regularly with end users on the status of open tickets. Provide recommendations on the replacement of computer peripherals and software\-related improvements. Carry out daily checks on printers and meeting room AV equipment to ensure uptime and minimize disruption to the business. Support meeting room setups for internal meetings, client meetings and events. Work closely with the wider EMEA D\&T team, contributing to testing, installation and rollout of new technical solutions. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? We are looking for someone with a strong customer\-service mindset, good technical knowledge and the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced office environment. **You should bring:** At least 2 to 3 years of relevant Field Support or Deskside Support experience. Strong technical knowledge of desktop deployments, hardware peripherals and workstation decommissioning / recommissioning. Experience deploying and supporting Windows 11 environments. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues through debugging, testing and vendor support. Knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices, including iPads, iPhones and Android devices. Experience with printers and general printer troubleshooting. Experience supporting meeting room AV and setups for small to large meetings or events. Basic understanding of networking fundamentals. Exposure to Active Directory. Ability to work independently on individual tasks and collaboratively as part of a wider team. A flexible, service\-oriented and professional attitude. Ability to provide technical guidance and support to colleagues. Good command of Portuguese and English. Knowledge of ITIL, MCDST, MSA, CompTIA A\+ or Network\+ will be considered a plus. Locally, you will be the key point of contact for D\&T support in Portugal, partnering closely with employees, managers, office teams and the wider EMEA IT Service Desk to ensure a responsive and high\-quality service.
