Receive full training on bespoke systems and continuous support **Boutagy’s Group Customer Service Representative** **Location**: *Faro* **Full Time / Permanent** **Monday – Friday on a Rota***(8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm)* **Saturday – 1 per Month** *8am to 1pm* **Salary** – *€19k – €21k* **\*\*\*PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING \- WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT LIVE WITHIN A 20\-30 MINUTE COMMUTE INTO FARO, ALGARVE\*\*\*** **Who we are:** We are a well\-established Vehicle Rental Group in the UK that have branches in Nottingham, Feltham and Putney, as well as an Online Vehicle Rental Broker Site. Despite being in the Rental Business for over 40 years, we are still looking for further growth. Our Putney site has been renting vehicles for over 40 years. These range from commercial vehicles (Vans/Trucks/Tippers etc) to cars. Since then, we have expanded to 2 other sites in Feltham and, more recently, in Nottingham. We currently run a fleet of about 700 vehicles. In addition, we run an Online Vehicle Rental Site which allows customers nationwide to rent vehicles across the country. **Summary of the Role:** We are looking for someone to handle our Customer Service Line across the Group. The job will be based in our Faro Office. 70% of the job is telephone based, so efficiency in this area is a must. The Job will include, but not be limited to, the following: * Handle complaints via phone and online that customers have raised. * Liaise with our branches and external suppliers to find solutions to problems. * Deal with disputes that arise from issues such as Parking/Speeding Tickets, Fuel Charges and such. * Advise customers issues that may arise on their bookings day\-to\-day. **The Ideal Candidate:** As the ideal candidate, you need to: * Have minimum 2 Years Customer Service Experience * \*\*\*MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH\*\*\*Please remember you will be working with UK clients so you must speak English to a very good standard * Have good Phone Confidence. * Be able to handle difficult customers and pressure in a calm manor. * Be comfortable working both by yourself and as part of a team. * Multi\-task between jobs across the various businesses. * Effective questioning and listening skills. * Have Excellent computer skills, being extremely competent using MS Outlook, Word and Excel. **What we will offer you:** By accepting the role, we would be offering you: * Full Training of our bespoke Systems. * Support at all times. * 22 Days Holiday per year PLUS Bank Holidays Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: 19,000\.00€ \- 21,000\.00€ per year Experience: * Customer Service: 2 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
