That combination creates an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible. **YOUR ROLE** We are seeking a **Customer Quality Engineer** to serve as the primary quality interface between Versigent and a leading global automotive customer. In this customer\-facing role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting product launches, coordinating quality activities, and driving resolution of customer concerns throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with customers, manufacturing sites, engineering teams, and cross\-functional stakeholders to meet quality targets and deliver world\-class customer support. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Act as the main customer quality contact for assigned automotive customers. * Lead customer communication regarding quality topics and requirements. * Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer approvals. * Support Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) activities throughout project execution. * Drive resolution of customer quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions. * Coordinate sorting, containment, and rework activities when required. * Support manufacturing locations in preparation for customer audits. * Accompany customer auditors during assessments and quality reviews. * Support successful product launches (SOP) and ensure customer readiness. * Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and product quality. * Monitor customer performance metrics and support achievement of quality objectives. * Become a subject matter expert in customer\-specific quality systems and processes. **YOUR BACKGROUND** * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive industry. * Experience in Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Management roles. * Experience working directly with automotive OEM customers. * Experience supporting product launches and customer\-facing quality activities. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and automotive quality tools. * Understanding of IATF 16949 and automotive quality standards. * Strong problem\-solving and root cause analysis skills. * Experience managing customer quality concerns and coordinating corrective actions. * Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams and manufacturing locations. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Customer\-focused mindset with strong relationship\-building capabilities. **WHY JOIN US?** * **Grow with purpose**.
