Working in a dynamic international environment **Position:** Customer Sales Representative **Job Description:** As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a global leader in the distribution and value\-added services related to electronic components.We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to clients around the world. Our business is built on trusted, long\-lasting relationships with industry leaders — both suppliers and customers. We are currently looking for aCustomer Service Representativeto join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer\-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers. This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based either in Porto, Portugal. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Managing theOrder\-to\-Invoice process, * Communicating with customers and suppliers, providing after\-sales support (primarily via email, occasionally by phone or chat), * Order management and backlog monitoring, * Handling and responding to customer requests and backlog changes, * Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics, * EnsuringOn\-Time Delivery in line with customer and company targets, * Driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency. **What we are looking for:** * Proficiency inItalianEnglish C1\-C2 level is essential, and additional language is beneficial * Solid knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, especiallyExcel (intermediate to advanced), * Previous experience inCustomer Service, * Excellent communication and coordination skills, * A customer\-focused mindset, * Strong team player. **What we offer:** We offer a challenging, rewarding, and dynamic role within an international environment at a globally growing company.
