Position Summary: Location: Colombo Company: Nestlé Nespresso SA Schedule: Part\-Time Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract We are looking for Coffee Specialists to join our Boutique. As a Coffee Specialist, your main responsibilities will be: * Acting as a Nespresso brand ambassador in the boutique; * Welcoming, advising, and guiding our customers on our campaigns and products, in line with Nespresso quality standards; * Achieving sales targets through attentive customer engagement and follow-up. A day in the life of… * Greeting customers and identifying their needs; * Advising customers and potential customers on Nespresso products and services; * Introducing customers to the art of coffee tasting and stimulating their curiosity about our full product range; * Conducting an initial assessment of machine malfunctions reported by customers and guiding them as effectively as possible to Technical Support; * Maximizing sales of all Nespresso products available in the Boutique (coffee, machines, and accessories); * Contributing to maintaining the Boutique’s appearance in accordance with company policy. What will make you successful: * Minimum secondary education qualification; * 1\-2 years of professional experience in direct customer service and sales of products and services (preferred); * Specialized training in customer relations and sales (preferred); * Conversational English proficiency (preferred).
