Ensure successful delivery of industrial projects **Mission:** We are looking for a **CAPEX Project Engineer** to support the technical development and execution of capital investment projects. This role focuses on engineering design, technical evaluation, equipment implementation, and ensuring successful delivery of industrial projects. **What will be your responsibilities:** * Identify capital investment needs in collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams. * Develop technical solutions for CAPEX projects. * Perform technical feasibility studies and support economic evaluations of investment proposals. * Prepare engineering layouts, technical drawings, and equipment specifications. * Coordinate with suppliers throughout the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and start\-up phases. * Oversee the technical implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications. * Support equipment testing, validation, and acceptance activities. * Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify continuous improvement opportunities. * Ensure projects comply with technical, quality, environmental, and safety standards. * Prepare technical documentation and project progress reports. **Profile and requirements:** * Availability to work 100% on\-site Ponte de Sor * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. * Proven experience in industrial project engineering and implementation. * Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. * Knowledge of industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and automation systems. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Proactive, organized, and results\-oriented mindset. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills. * Good command of English (preferred). **What we have to offer you** * A dynamic and collaborative working environment, with the opportunity to make a real impact * A competitive salary package, aligned with your proven level of experience * Meal allowance and health insurance for employees * Shuttle transport service to the offices in Leiria, Caldas da Rainha and Ponte de Sor * Bonus in line with company policy * Access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) *Equal Employment Opportunity* TEKEVER is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
