We take coffee seriously—from origin to extraction—and we’re looking for a barista who shares this passion and loves connecting with customers through a truly exceptional cup. **Role Description** As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our coffee program. Your mission is to consistently prepare outstanding beverages and deliver a warm, memorable experience to every customer who walks through our door. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve specialty coffees, espresso-based drinks, and seasonal beverages * Calibrate espresso and maintain consistency throughout each service * Execute latte art and uphold high presentation standards in every cup * Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and well-stocked * Greet customers warmly, share coffee knowledge, and make recommendations * Support brunch service during peak hours * Contribute ideas for new beverages and seasonal offerings **What We’re Looking For** * Prior barista experience required; specialty coffee experience is a strong advantage * Latte art skills and genuine enthusiasm for the craft of coffee * Friendly, energetic, and a great team player * Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented * Strong communication skills in Portuguese; English is an advantage * Availability to work weekends—mandatory * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Meal allowance * Staff discount on coffee and meals * Paid vacation days in accordance with Portuguese labor law * Continuous barista training and professional development * A creative, supportive team within a specialty coffee environment * Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand Work Location: On-site
