**Job Purpose:**
The Accountant will play a role in the preparation of financial analysis of accounting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and facilitate compliance with accounting standards. Responsible for preparing end of month reconciliations and reporting by ensuring key controls are performed and effectively maintained.
**Responsibilities:**
Preparation of financial analysis and reports of accounting sub\-ledgers
Book and manage accruals for all departments, by analysing invoices vs accruals
Book and manage month end postings, as such depreciations and FX revaluation
Coordinate with other colleagues and departments to ensure all relevant data for the financial analysis is accurately recorded before end of month
Responsible for reporting ensuring all costs are properly classified in business unit and cost center and comply with company deadlines
Assist in the budget preparation process
Actual versus Budget analysis for all departments, reporting and deviation follow up
Prepare information for Group reporting requirements
Assisting in the elaboration of annual financial statements and external audits
Contribute to process improvement and automation.
Preparation of ad\-hoc reports and disclosures per Corporate Controller or Management Requests.

**Education and Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Be proficient in Excel to an advanced level or other BI tool.
Proficient in English
Strong experience in SAP (preferred), including other SAP applications such as Concur, SAP MM and BPC
**Experience:**
Work experience for 3 \- 5 years in the accounting area
