Positive work environment and integration into a multidisciplinary technical team A company specializing in technical installations seeks to strengthen its team by hiring an HVAC Technician. Main Responsibilities: * Installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation equipment; * Intervention in direct expansion systems, multisplit systems, VRF/VRV systems, heat pumps, and ventilation systems; * Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults; * Performance of leak-tightness tests, vacuum tests, refrigerant charging and recovery; * Commissioning and parameterization of equipment; * Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturers' manuals; * Assessment of material and equipment requirements for each intervention; * Completion of work sheets and documentation of performed tasks; * Organization of tools, materials, vehicle, and workplace; * Compliance with safety regulations, use of PPE, and internal procedures; * Professional communication with clients, suppliers, and other team members. Required Profile: * Education or professional experience in HVAC and refrigeration – minimum 2–3 years preferred; * Experience in installation, maintenance, and technical assistance; * Knowledge of electricity and fault diagnosis; * Certification for handling fluorinated gases, preferably; * Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate responsibility; * Organization, punctuality, and precision in task execution; * Professional pride and attention to personal presentation and company image; * Strong communication skills and team spirit; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license; * Additional knowledge in electricity, plumbing, ventilation, and control systems is valued.
