Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork We are seeking professionals to join the Technical Consultancy Department, focusing on operation and maintenance (O\&M) engineering of buildings and technical installations. Main Responsibilities: Conducting technical audits of buildings and technical installations, particularly HVAC systems, electrical installations, and fire safety systems; Performing Technical Due Diligences, including assessment of conservation status and definition of investment plans; Managing and monitoring building renovation projects and their associated technical installations across all project phases; Conducting field audits nationwide, including measurements of temperature, flow rates, power, energy consumption, and other technical parameters; Processing, analyzing, and interpreting data using computational tools; Supporting the development of engineering consultancy and technical efficiency solutions. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; Knowledge of building technical installations (HVAC, electricity, fire safety, etc.) is highly desirable; Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in the field; Knowledge and experience in auditing, operating, maintaining, or designing technical installations; Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork; Willingness to travel nationwide; Immediate availability is an advantage.
