Job Summary: MTI – Meeting the Innovation is recruiting an HVAC Technician to ensure the execution and maintenance of HVAC installations in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Participation in reference projects and construction works MTI – Meeting the Innovation is recruiting an HVAC Technician for the following responsibilities: * Ensuring proper execution of HVAC installations according to project specifications and technical requirements; * Reading and interpreting HVAC project drawings, schematics, and technical diagrams; * Assembling ductwork networks, copper, steel, and PVC piping, as well as respective fittings; * Installing and connecting indoor and outdoor units, heat pumps, chillers, fan coil units, air handling units (AHUs), and other HVAC equipment; * Conducting leak-tightness tests, operational testing, and assisting in system commissioning; * Diagnosing and resolving anomalies during installation or maintenance of equipment; * Ensuring all work complies with defined quality, safety, and schedule requirements; * Delegating and supervising tasks assigned to HVAC assistants; * Adhering to production-specific procedures and regulations; * Complying with and promoting compliance with occupational safety rules; * Using designated PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for each activity. **Profile** · Minimum education level: 9th grade; · Minimum 5 years of professional experience in this field in Portugal; · Knowledge of production operations; must be resident in Portugal; · Valid Portuguese driving license for light vehicles; **Offer:** · Salary conditions above market average · Integration into a dynamic and innovative company · Participation in reference projects and construction works **Working Hours** 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 Remuneration: EUR 1,200.00 per month Language: * Portuguese (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
