Main Responsibilities: * Assisting in cement preparation and mixing; * Handling and organizing steel cables; * Supporting production activities and other tasks inherent to the role; * Complying with workplace safety and organization standards. Required Profile: * Previous experience as a laborer (preferred); * Physical robustness and ability to perform demanding tasks; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Team spirit and willingness to learn; * Punctuality and attendance. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday; * Fixed schedule from 08:30 to 17:30.
