Job Summary: We are seeking a Team Leader (M/F) for the Retail Sector in Lisbon, responsible for logistics functions, team management and workflow coordination, and goods handling, with availability for night and rotating shifts. We are recruiting a Team Leader (M/F) to work for a retail-sector company located in Lisbon, to perform the following duties: Duties: - Truck receiving; - Sorting and handling of clothing/footwear/jewelry items; - Stocking units in the warehouse; - Sorting materials for recycling; - Restocking excess store inventory; - Team management; - Workflow management; - Sorting and stocking of orders. Requirements: - Experience in logistics roles within the retail sector; - Proactivity; - Availability for regular night shifts; - Residence near the workplace. Schedule: Part-time schedule of 10 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, under a rotating shift system, from 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with legally mandated breaks. Qualifications: - Minimum education level: 9th grade. Languages: - Proficient spoken and written Portuguese.
