Professional development opportunities within a solid company Opportunity: Operations Supervisor (Porto Area) Starface Group is currently recruiting an Operations Supervisor to join the Carface team in the Porto Area. Main Responsibilities Supervise daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards. Manage, support, and motivate the team, promoting their continuous development and training. Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational integration and smooth workflow. Proactively resolve operational incidents and constraints. Ensure compliance with company internal policies, procedures, and standards. Promote a safe, organized, and healthy work environment. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies focused on productivity and cost reduction. Oversee inventory management of products and equipment. Track and analyze key operational performance indicators. Act as an agent of change, encouraging innovation and process improvement. Required Profile Proven experience in supervisory or team management roles, preferably in an operational context. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make quick and effective decisions in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Availability to work weekends and flexible hours between 06:00 and 00:00. Practical knowledge of operations and processes related to the sector.
