Benefits - Competitive base salary - Flexible Working Hours (FWH) - Monthly performance-based commissions - Health insurance - Direct contract with the client - Fully covered initial training - Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding brand Responsibilities - Overall management of store operations, ensuring processes, organization, and standards. - Coaching and development of the team, ensuring motivation and alignment with objectives. - Daily KPI analysis and implementation of action plans to maximize results. - Ensuring stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and compliance with merchandising guidelines. - Managing store/warehouse operational flow (approximately 80% of time spent on the shop floor). - Administrative management: scheduling, vacation planning, training, recruitment, and staffing needs. - Supervision of opening/closing procedures, internal audits, and inventory control. Requirements - Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager. - Proven experience managing teams of more than 8 people. - Strong experience working with KPIs and action plans. - Experience in textile and/or home décor sectors. - Availability to work between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. - Willingness to attend 4 weeks of training at another location (Monday to Friday). - Operational profile, capable of balancing shop-floor tasks and administrative management.
