Enjoyment of team work and ease of interpersonal communication SHIFT SUPERVISOR Profile: - Punctual and regular attendance; - Experience as Shift Supervisor (eliminatory factor)* - Strong organizational skills, initiative, and stress resistance; - Enjoyment of team work and ease of interpersonal communication; - Knowledge of good practices in the food industry and occupational health and safety; - User-level computer skills (Office); Responsibilities: - Organization and coordination of all tasks during the respective shift; - Production monitoring according to instructions from the Production Manager and Planning Department; - Coordination of human resources throughout the shift, including staff substitutions during break periods; - Responsibility for visual inspection and monitoring throughout production; Schedule: - Monday to Friday, rotating across three shifts (5:00–13:00 / 13:00–21:00 and 21:00–05:00); ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.
