At Pierre \& Vacances, Europe's leading provider of tourist accommodation, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented **Receptionist**, eager to join a team that values both its guests and its professionals.
**Your Mission**
You will be responsible for guest reception, management, and assistance, as well as administrative and operational tasks specific to the front office department, ensuring a satisfying guest experience and smooth execution of hotel processes.
**Your Responsibilities**
You will be part of the team dedicated to delivering an excellent experience to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
* In-person, telephone, and digital customer service.
* Management of reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
* Execution of check-in and check-out procedures according to established protocols.
* Providing guests with information about hotel services and the surrounding area.
* Coordination with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Handling incidents and complaints within your scope of responsibility.
* Responsible custody of documentation, personal data, and valuables.
* Daily management of guest arrivals and departures.
* Registration and updating of data in the system (PMS).
* Issuing invoices, collecting payments, and supporting cash control per shift.
* Allocation and management of rooms or accommodation units.
* Recording, tracking, and communicating requests and incidents.
* Use of user-level IT tools for daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS
* Education in tourism, administration, or equivalent professional experience.
* Prior experience in reception or customer service.
* Proficiency in PMS and IT tools.
* Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and customer orientation.
* Communication skills and ability to resolve incidents.
* Languages: Spanish is mandatory; English or other languages are valued depending on the property.
