Other applicable remuneration components for this role may include, where applicable and based on objective and transparent criteria: Attendance bonus; Shift allowance; Meal allowance, paid only for the night shift; Incentive; Night hours paid at 50% for fixed shifts between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.; Transportation allowance for residents located more than 20 km away; What tasks does this role involve? Plaster manufacturing – Plaster mold manufacturing Fillers – Preparing mold filling Pottery – Demolding parts and finishing them Internal transport – Loading and unloading parts from kilns Glazing – Glazing parts using a spray gun Kilns – Loading and unloading parts from kilns Inspection – Detecting, inspecting, and recording part defects Packaging – Properly packaging and preparing parts for shipment What qualifications are required?
