Monitoring and optimization of operations Inspiring Group is currently recruiting an Operations Quality Manager (M/F) — dynamic and motivated — to help us identify and manage teams across our organization. Key Responsibilities: Monitor team presence and performance in-store. Verify team punctuality at the start/end of each shift. Monitor time spent on each collection and ensure on-time delivery. Analyze product substitutions and validate their appropriateness. Control stock-out levels and identify surpluses. Conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance with operational procedures. Prepare periodic reports on operational results and propose data-driven improvements. Perform operational risk analyses to minimize failures and delays. Report operational issues and suggest action plans. Profile and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations control/logistics/auditing (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and analytical thinking. We are looking for: a) Unemployed individuals registered for at least three months with the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training, I.P. (IEFP, I.P.); b) Unemployed individuals registered for at least two months with IEFP, I.P., if aged 29 or younger, or 45 or older; c) Unemployed individuals registered with IEFP, I.P., regardless of registration duration, when they are: - Recipients of unemployment benefits; - Recipients of social insertion income; - Individuals whose spouse or cohabiting partner is also unemployed and registered with IEFP, I.P.; - Individuals who have completed effective service under Contract Regime, Special Contract Regime, or Voluntary Service Regime in the Armed Forces; - Other unemployed or inactive individuals not covered by the above clauses, who have had no social security records as employees or self-employed workers during the six months prior to hiring.
